After navigating to the recycle bin using the step above. Click the link Site Collection Recycle Bin in the description area of the Recycle Bin page

Open Recycle Bin. See Getting Here.
To restore select items from the recycle bin, check the box to the left of a item/s to be restored.
To restore all items from the recycle bin, check the box in the column header 'Type' to select all items to be restored.
Click Restore Selection.
