Overview
Subscription
Subscription is found in the Utilities section of Site Administration home.
Come here to review and update your ShareVision Subscription and review your payment history.
ShareVision provides multiple editions that are available for a monthly fee with an annual commitment. Subscription renewal is automatic on the renew date, but it can be cancelled at any time, and the subscription will then end on the next renewal date.

Login with Site Administrator permissions.

Subscription
Access the information that relates to your subscription by navigating to Subscription Information under Utilities
Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of your ShareVision site.
On the menu that appears, select Site Administration.
The Site Administration Home page will be displayed. Select Subscription under Utilities.

Choose a tab to review information within it.
Subscription Information
A) Edition
Display the edition of ShareVision that you are subscribed to.
B) Subscription start date
The date your subscription started.
C) Subscription renew date
The renewal date indicates when your subscription will automatically renew for another year, unless the subscription is cancelled prior to this date.
D) Cancel
If you click on the cancel button, your subscription will be terminated on the upcoming renewal date. You will receive email reminders of the impending subscription end at the subscriber email address. Additionally, a banner will be displayed on your ShareVision site xx days before the subscription expires. Once the subscription has expired, you will no longer have access to the site.
E) Manage Payment
Click Manage Payment to view your payment details, including your ShareVision edition and monthly fees, as well as to update your payment method or billing information.
Payment History
The payment history section displays the details of each transaction made. You can generate a printable invoice from any item listed in payment history.
