(question) Overview

This Knowledge Base article discusses exiting (removing) existing clients from a service. The client will first need to be added to a service: Add Existing Client to a Service.

☑️ Requirements/Dependencies

Before users are able to add clients to a service, waitlist or exit a client:

  • They must have a valid ShareVision login

  • The user’s roles must have access to the Add to Service and Exit from Service Buttons

A client is active in a service when they have a start date but no exit date. Clients can be added to exited from a service in five different in by inputting an exit date in the following areas of your site:

  1. The Client Contact Info Page Part

  2. The Participants Page Part in a Service

  3. The Clients Portal

  4. The Participant’s Service History Page

  5. The Service’s Service History page
