Subscription

The Subscription page, as well as the Upgrades and Add-Ons page are found in the Services section of Site Administration.

Come here to review and update your ShareVision Subscription level, manage additional features as Add-Ons, and review your payment history.

ShareVision provides a variety of editions that are available for a monthly fee, with an annual commitment. Subscription renewal is automatically processed on the renewal date, but it can be cancelled at any time, and the subscription will then end on the next renewal date.

Subscription

Access the information that relates to your subscription by navigating to Subscription via Site Administration

  1. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of your ShareVision site.

  2. On the menu that appears, select Site Administration.

  1. The Site Administration Home page will be displayed. Select Subscription under the Services section.

  2. Choose a tab to review information within it.

A) Edition

Display the edition of ShareVision that you are subscribed to. To learn more, please visit the Pricing page on our website. Alternatively, the prices for upgrades can be viewed on the Upgrades and Add-Ons page in your ShareVision site.

B) Subscription start date

The date your subscription started.

C) Subscription renew date

The renewal date indicates when your subscription will automatically renew for another year, unless the subscription is cancelled prior to this date.

D) Cancel

If you click on the cancel button, your subscription will be terminated on the upcoming renewal date. Email reminders of the impending subscription end will be sent to the subscriber’s email address. Additionally, a banner will be displayed on your ShareVision site xx days before the subscription expires. Once the subscription has expired, you will no longer have access to the site. Please be reminded that for current subscriptions to be terminated, they must be cancelled before the next renewal date.

E) Manage Payment

Click Manage Payment to view your payment details through Stripe, including your ShareVision edition and monthly fees, as well as to update your payment method or billing information.

Add-Ons

In addition to accessing add-on features via the Site Administration page, you can view your current add-ons in the this tab on the Subscription page.

Payment History

The payment history section displays the details of each transaction made. You can generate a printable invoice from any item listed in payment history.

Upgrades and Add-Ons

Access the information that relates to your subscription by navigating to Subscription via Site Administration

  1. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of your ShareVision site.

  2. On the menu that appears, select Site Administration.

  1. The Site Administration Home page will be displayed. Select Upgrades and Add-Ons under the Services section.

  2. Review the available Editions and Add-Ons of interest.

Upgrading your ShareVision Site (Edition or Add-Ons)

On the Upgrades or Add-Ons page, you will see the edition of ShareVision to which your organization is currently subscribed. Below, you will see a variety of options for licensing, and a collection of options for specific add-on features that you can use to enhance your current edition of ShareVision.

Upgrading ShareVision Edition

  1. Click the Upgrade button next to the desired upgrade

  2. You will be redirected to an overview page, outlining the pricing changes you are about to make. If you wish to proceed, click Continue.

  3. You will then be brought to a confirmation page, outlining the Upgrade being purchased, as well balance required (including information regarding prorated prices). If you wish to proceed, click Upgrade.

  1. If you already have your payment information added to the site, you will not be required to reenter this information. When the payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation.

  1. You can view your new edition, as well as the updated Subscription start date and renewal date in the Subscription page.

Purchasing ShareVision Add-Ons

To enhance your current ShareVision edition by purchasing an add-on:

  1. Click the Upgrade button next to the desired add-on

  2. You will be redirected to an overview page, outlining the pricing changes you are about to make.
    If you wish to proceed, click Continue.

A) Current price per month

This is the current price you pay and reflects the sum of your ShareVision edition as well as any existing add-ons you have purchased.

B) Additional price per month

This is the price of the add-on that you are in the process of purchasing.

C) New price per month

This is the sum of the following costs:

  • Your current ShareVision edition

  • Any existing add-ons you have purchased

  • The new add-on you are in the process of purchasing

  1. You will then be brought to a confirmation page, outlining the Upgrade being purchased, as well balance required (including information regarding prorated prices). If you wish to proceed, click Upgrade.

Cancelling ShareVision Add-Ons

You can choose to cancel your add-ons at any time through this the Add-Ons tab of the Subscription page.

  1. Click the Cancel button next to the add-on.

  2. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation. If you would like to proceed, click Confirm, otherwise, click Cancel to end the process. Please read the message that appears before cancelling.
