All new lists are created from the Create page.

Create a new custom list

Once your new list is created, it will available from the All Site Content page, Lists section.

1. From the Create page, click Custom List, under the section Custom Lists.
2. Give your new list a name, include a description of the list's contents, and specify whether to a link to this list should be included on the Quick Launch Navigation Bar.
3. Click Create to finish and load your new list.
4. Open the List Toolbar Settings menu.
5. Select List Settings.
6. Customize your list.
