One of My Users Can't Log In
Applies To Version(s): 3, 3.5 & 3.7 & 3.7 Custom
Scenario Description:
One of your existing Users can't log in. He or she could yesterday, but today something has changed.
Requirement:
Administrator-level access
Steps:
Check to see if the User is disabled. If the User (or someone else) made too many failed login attempts, ShareVision will have automatically disabled the account.
Did you make any changes to this user's permissions recently? If so, you may want to check what groups the user is in and adjust permissions if they're not set up correctly.
This scenario describes several basic troubleshooting steps you can take to determine why an existing user can't access ShareVision. If, for some reason, these steps don't work, you may want to consider contacting ShareVision Support.
