About - Reports


ShareVision includes five built-in reports - after clicking on the Reports icon, the list of reports will appear.  ShareVision Administrators can grant access to one or more reports by editing permissions on or within the Reports document library.




Report Types

        1. Demographics
        2. Goals and Progress
        3. Incidents
        4. Individual Details
        5. Program History

 Each report includes a toolbar with the same features:





Getting Here - Reports 


Reports appears as an icon on the QuickStart Menu, and as such is available from most areas of ShareVision.  By default, only Site Administrators and members of the All Reports group can access reports.
