Individuals Relationships
Overview
The Individuals Contacts page is part of the Individual Portal. This page displays Contacts that are related to the Individual for ease of visual reference.

About
The Individuals Contacts page makes use of two (2) lists;
The Relationships list which connects the Individual to a Contact (a General Contact or Professional).
The Profiles list to source to display the Person connected to the the Individual.
How-to
View an Individuals Contacts
From the Quick Launch Menu, Select Individual
Click on the name of the Individual
Click on Individual Contacts
This will show all the individuals listed relationships
If you are editing a relationship continue on to next part. If you are adding a new relationship, skip to Add a New Relationship to an Individual
Edit the type of Relationship to Individual
NOTE: The ability to edit the record is made available via the 'Edit' button.
Select the edit icon next to the Contact's relationship type.
Edit the 'Relationship to Individual' column making one or more selections.
Click Save.
You can add additional relationship types by visiting the list Relationships (Lookup) and adding further types. These will display in the Relationship form as a choice.
Add a New Relationship to an Individual
Note: Unless the 'Add Contact' button has been enabled and the logged in user has appropriate permissions granted, the contact will need to be added before relating to an Individual by using the Contact Manager. See Add a Professional or Add a General Contact to learn how to add new contacts into your ShareVision.
From the Quick Launch Menu, select Individual.
Select the Individual.
Click on ‘Individual Contacts’.
Select ‘Add New Relationship’
Search for the contact and click 'Add Relationship'
Select which type(s) of 'Relationship to Individual' to categorize this contact's relationships to this Individual.
Click Save.
