About - Attendance

The Attendance Add-On provides a way for location staff users to log participation by attendance in a program or activities at a location on a selected date.

 

 

Getting Here - Attendance

  1. Select a Program or Residence to visit that program or residence Details Page.

  2. On the Quick Start menu click the text link 'Attendance'

How to - Record Attendance

DAILY ATTENDANCE

  1. Ensure the calendar highlighted date is the date required to record attendance. By default the system will select TODAY.

  2. All Individuals participating in this Program (by having an active Program History item) are displayed as an Attendee list in the 'Individuals' box. Click/tap on Individual(s) to highlight each present attendee and Click/tap '>' button. The Individual(s) name(s) will move to the 'Checked In' box - the system has saved this information.

  3. Once an individual is in the checked in section you can add comments to their attendance. After entering a comment you can save it using the "Save Changes" button.

REVIEW DAILY ATTENDANCE

  1. Click/tap another date in the calendar to select that date. The 'Individuals' box will display those that did not attend and the 'Checked In' box will display those Individuals that did attend.

EDIT DAILY ATTENDANCE

  1. Click/tap the date in the calendar which you want to edit the attendance.

  2. Click/tap Individuals' names and use the '<' and '>' buttons to edit attendance. ShareVision saves the information.

DELETE DAILY ATTENDANCE

  1. Click/tap the 'delete attendance' button next to the individuals attendance note

 

 



Feature settings

Site administrators can enable or disable the notes section in the attendance section of the feature settings page.

Attendance Version for Program and Residence

In the program and residence list(access from SITE ADMINISTRATION > VIEW ALL LISTS AND LIBRARIES) Site Administrators can set the type of attendance for each program and residence

when attendance is taken in a program/residence the item is added to the individuals schedule
