Overview
Report Settings, located in Site Administration on your ShareVision site, allow you to customize the following on your reports:
- The organization name
- The time zone for the date and time stamp
- The logo
Requirements/Dependencies
Before updating the Report Settings on your ShareVision site, you will need to
- Login with ShareVision Administrator permissions
- Have a logo file (.jpeg, .png, etc.)
How to Access Report Settings
- Login to ShareVision with a user account that has Site Administrator permissions.
- Select the gear in the upper right hand corner and then select Site Administration:
- When prompted, enter your ShareVision Administrator username and password and select Sign In.
- In Site Administration, select Report Settings in the ShareVision Settings section:
Report Settings
- To modify the information that will be displayed on reports, select the three dots next to the Agency Name:
- On the menu that is displayed, select Edit Item:
- You can now update the Agency Name and select the TimeZone
- To update the logo, you can:
- Remove the logo from all reports by selecting Delete
- Update the logo with a new logo by selecting Upload New and then you will need to select the Choose File button to browse to the logo file and select it
- Select Save
- When you run reports on your site, they will now display the details you entered in Report Settings.
