Report Settings

Overview


Report Settings, located in Site Administration on your ShareVision site, allow you to customize the following on your reports:

  1. The organization name
  2. The time zone for the date and time stamp
  3. The logo



Requirements/Dependencies


Before updating the Report Settings on your ShareVision site, you will need to

  • Login with ShareVision Administrator permissions 
  • Have a logo file (.jpeg, .png, etc.) 



How to Access Report Settings


  1. Login to ShareVision with a user account that has Site Administrator permissions. 
  2. Select the gear in the upper right hand corner and then select Site Administration:
  3. When prompted, enter your ShareVision Administrator username and password and select Sign In.
  4. In Site Administration, select Report Settings in the ShareVision Settings section:                                                                            




Report Settings


  1. To modify the information that will be displayed on reports, select the three dots next to the Agency Name:
  2. On the menu that is displayed, select Edit Item:
  3. You can now update the Agency Name and select the TimeZone
  4. To update the logo, you can:
    1. Remove the logo from all reports by selecting Delete
    2. Update the logo with a new logo by selecting Upload New and then you will need to select the Choose File button to browse to the logo file and select it 
  5. Select Save
  6. When you run reports on your site, they will now display the details you entered in Report Settings.
