Overview
Set Theme allows Site Administrators to pick between several pre-set themes to change the look of your ShareVision site, as well as an option for the way forms are displayed.
Requirements/Dependencies
- Login with ShareVision Administrator permissions
How to Access
- Login to ShareVision with a user account that has Site Administrator permissions.
- Select the gear in the upper right hand corner and then select Site Administration:
- When prompted, enter your ShareVision Administrator username and password and select Sign In.
- In Site Administration, select Set Theme in the ShareVision Settings section:
- The Set Theme Page will appear
How to Adjust Form Layout
The Standard Form Layout on a ShareVision site is to have all portions of the form aligned the same, headers and sections. Adding form section to a list can be done using the instructions here for form extensions and here for form headers
The New Form Layout has indentations and an alignment which more clearly define what is included in each section, providing an easier viewing experience.
To activate the New Form Layout,
- select the New Form Layout checkbox
- Then, press Set as Active Theme
