Change an Employee's Password / Change User Password

Overview


A ShareVision Site Administrator can change an employee's password in Site Administration.



Requirements/Dependencies


In order to add a new user to your ShareVision site, you will need to

  • Login with ShareVision Administrator permissions 

  • Know the Display Name of the employee's password that needs to be reset

How to Change a User Password

  1. Logged in as a Site Administrator, select the gear icon in the upper right corner and select: Site Administration

  2. When prompted, enter your ShareVision Administrator username and password.

  3. Select Change an Employee's Password

  4. Select the user from the list.

  5. Enter a new passwordBe sure to follow the Password Criteria listed on the web page

  6. Confirm the new password.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Provide the new password to the employee (user).
