Change an Employee's Password / Change User Password
Overview
A ShareVision Site Administrator can change an employee's password in Site Administration.
Requirements/Dependencies
In order to add a new user to your ShareVision site, you will need to
Login with ShareVision Administrator permissions
Know the Display Name of the employee's password that needs to be reset
How to Change a User Password
Logged in as a Site Administrator, select the gear icon in the upper right corner and select: Site Administration
When prompted, enter your ShareVision Administrator username and password.
Select Change an Employee's Password
Select the user from the list.
Enter a new password. Be sure to follow the Password Criteria listed on the web page
Confirm the new password.
Select Save.
Provide the new password to the employee (user).
