Email Alert Log

Overview


The Email alert log displays all the triggered email alerts on it site. In the log you are able to view the full details of all alerts including the users who the alert was sent to, the time the alert was sent and the content of the email.


Viewing the Email Alert Log


  1. Click the link to the "Email Alert Log" found under the Utilities in the Site Administration section of your site.
  2. The resulting list shows all emails sent by the system sorted by created date (sent date), with the most recently sent on top. To find emails sent by a particular email alert you will need to find the ID of the alert which is shown in the Email Alerts list view. Filter the log list by that ID to view all emails triggered by a specific alert.

Export


You are also able to export the full log to an excel file for your records. This can be done using the "Export to Excel" button at the top of the page.
