Determining your Subscription Level

Knowing the subscription level of your ShareVision site will ensure that you are aware of the different features available to you as a Site Administrator. The subscription level is displayed on the login window and this knowledge base article explains where to locate and interpret this information.

For ShareVision Sites that Have Not Been Upgraded from an Earlier Version

Individuals Portal

If you have a V4 site that was not upgraded from an earlier version, the subscription level is displayed in the lower right corner of the login page on your V4 ShareVision site. 

  • For ShareVision subscriptions, (V4) will be displayed after the version and release number: 
  • For ShareVision Plus subscriptions, (V4+) will be displayed after the version and release number: 



For ShareVision Sites that Have Been Upgraded from an Earlier Version

If you have a V4 site was upgraded from an earlier version, the subscription level is displayed in the lower right corner of the login page on your V4 ShareVision site. 

  • For ShareVision subscriptions, (V4L) will be displayed after the version and release number:
