Overview


This knowledge base article provides you with everything you need to know about a Branding your ShareVision site. 


Requirements and Dependencies


Before branding your ShareVision site, you will need to:

  • Login with ShareVision Administrator permissions
  • Have an idea of what logo you would like to use on your ShareVision site
  • Have a good quality image of the selected logo


How-to


  1. Login to ShareVision with a user account that has Site Administrator permissions. 
  2. Select the gear in the upper right hand corner and then select Site Administration:
  3. When prompted, enter your ShareVision Administrator username and password and select Sign In.
  4. Next, in Site Administration select Title, Description and Logo in the ShareVision Settings section
  5. Click Select files...
  6. Browse to the logo image file you wish to upload.
  7. Select the logo file
  8. Select Open
  9. Once your logo file has been uploaded successfully, it will appear beneath the Select files bar
  10. If you are happy with how the image is displayed once uploaded, click Apply Changes to save.
  11. Once applied, you logo will appear in the corner of your ShareVision site and will also be used in printed forms


Image files will be automatically resized to fit the parameters required.


Updating Branding on your ShareVision Reports


In addition to updating your organization's name and logo on your ShareVision site, you will also need to update this information on your ShareVision Reports. Please review the Report Settings article for how to update your reports.
