Overview
User Page Views collects data on each page that a user visits on the front end of the system as well as selected pages that administrators view in Site Administration within the last 30 days. User Page Views does not track information about changes to lists or document libraries.

- Login with ShareVision Administrator permissions
How-to
- Login to ShareVision with a user account that has Site Administrator permissions.
- Select the gear in the upper right hand corner and then select Site Administration:
- When prompted, enter your ShareVision Administrator username and password and select Sign In.
- In Site Administration, select User Page Views in the Advanced Options section:
You will be taken to a page that shows user page views on your ShareVision site. Each entry contains the Username, Display Name, Date, and URL for each recorded page view
- Page Views can be filtered by Username, Display Name, Date, and URL by using the filter buttons beside each column. Clicking the filter button will display several different filter options, select the one most appropriate for your search.
Below I have filtered by the username 'sv.staff' and the Date 11/09/2022, only page views matching that criteria will now be displayed. Using the Page Views data can be useful to track where staff members are going on your site and spending the most time
If you would like to change the way the Date is displayed, this can be done in Regional Settings in the Locale section. Changing the Date format in Regional Settings will change how the Date is displayed site wide
