About - Individual Details
Individual Details brings together all stored information about an Individual. Users with permission to access an Individual should be able to see everything on the corresponding Individual Details page; however, links to secure content will be invisible to users without the required permissions.

Getting Here - Individual Details

There are three ways to get to the Individual Details pages:
- From the Contact Manager page: After searching for a contact, click on an Individual's name to load their Person Details. In the Person Details Web part, click on the Individual's name to load the Individual Details page.
- From the Program Details page: Click on an Individual listed in the Individual's Web part.
- From the My Individuals page: Click on an Individual's name.

Individual Fact Sheet Web part
Applies To Version(s): 3 Contact your ShareVision Product Expert to upgrade.
There are four ways to get to the Individual Details pages:
- From the Contacts tab: Click on an Individual's name to load their Person Details. In the Person Details Web part, click on an Individual's name to load their Individual Details page.
- From the Program Details page: Click on an Individual listed in the Individual's Web part.
- From the Residence Details page: Click on an Individual listed in the Individual's Web part.
- From the Individuals tab: Click on an Individual's name (Some organizations choose to hide this tab).

My Individuals
About - My Individuals
My Individuals provides access to individuals that your organization supports . This area is password-sensitive, meaning users see only the individuals they are authorized to access. Site Administrators are able to see all individuals.
Common features
My Individuals features
Content Area: This shows a list of all individuals you have permission to access. By clicking on the Search tab you can look for specific individuals based on their first or last names.

Individuals Web Part
This Web part displays Individuals assigned to a program or residence. Clicking on an Individual's name loads their Individuals Details page.
Individuals - Add/Edit/Delete
Individuals are added/edited/deleted the same as other contacts.

Adding individuals: There are two ways to do this:
- Staff access: See Add a Contact from a Program/Residence Details page
- Administrator/Manager access only: See Contact Manager
Edit/delete individuals: See Edit/delete a contact.
Individual's Schedule
This Web part provides a quick summary of upcoming events for this Individual. To see the Individual's events on the calendar, click onMy Schedule (Individual Details link).
Individual Profile Web Part
This Web part displays contact information for a supported Individual. Photos uploaded to an Individual's profile will be displayed above their contact details. The View/Edit Full Profile link enables users to view the full profile and edit profile information. Some organizations choose to disable or remove this link.
Fact Sheet Web Part
This Web part exposes key information found in an Individual's Fact Sheet. It is also commonly called Individual's Information. Your organization may use a different name that matches its terminology.
