Individuals, Programs and Residences - Images/Photos

Photos should be no more than 200 pixels on their longest side and have the file format .jpg or .jpeg.
Program and Residence - Image/Photo
Go to Site Actions > View all site content > Programs and Residences > Find your program or residence > hover the mouse to present the drop-box > select 'Edit item'
You will then be presented with the following window:
Under the 'Photo' section, select 'Browse' and upload the image of your choice
Individuals - Image/Photo
- Contact Manager > Search for the individual > Click on the individuals name to open their profile > Choose 'Edit' > Upload the photo of your choice
- Go to my individuals > Find your individual > Edit Details

For both programs/residences & individuals: If you create a view that shows the image or thumbnail column, you can upload an image by editing an entry via the column

For V.3users, you will be presented with a field to enter a link to the image and a thumbnail link.
