Overview
The Tutorials and Help section is where Site Administrators can go to receive assistance with all things ShareVision.

Login with Site Administrator permissions
Instructions
How to Access Tutorials and Help
There are two ways to access the Tutorials and Help section of your site: from the user facing side or from Site Administration
Accessing Tutorials and Help from the user facing side
Login to ShareVision with a user account that has Site Administrator permissions.
Click the Tutorials and Help button
The button will bring you directly to the Tutorials and Help Page
Accessing Tutorials and Help from Site Administration
Login to ShareVision with a user account that has Site Administrator permissions.
Select (click on) your name in the upper right hand corner
Select Site Administration on the menu that appears
The Site Administration Home page will be displayed. Select Tutorials and Help in the Site Settings section

Tutorials and Help
The Tutorials and Help Page is broken down into four separate sections:
Tutorials
Knowledge Base
Support - Community Forum
ShareVision Services
Tutorials
The Tutorials section is where all the video walk throughs of ShareVision features will appear. Select View ShareVision Tutorials.
The list of ShareVision Tutorials will be displayed on the right side of the window along with a tracker of your progress. Click a tutorial from the list and a pop-up will appear within ShareVision with the selected video, press Play. To close the ShareVision Tutorials pop up, press the 'X' in the upper right hand corner.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is a collection of articles covering a wide variety of topics. Each article focuses on an aspect of ShareVision and provides a breakdown, best practices, and step by step instructions to set up the selected feature.
To access the Knowledge Base click View ShareVision KB
A separate browser tab will open for the Knowledge Base. Articles can be found using the either:
The sections on the left
The search bar.
Once clicking on an article it will appear. Each article has a Table of Contents at the top to ensure you are able to find all necessary information.
Clicking on a section will take you directly to that point in the article. At the end of the article there will be a list of related articles that could be useful. Select an article in Related Articles to be taken directly there.
Community Forum
The Community Forum is where you can view ShareVision news and announcements and post issues questions and suggestions. This is also where you connect with our team for unlimited technical support included in your subscription.
Accessing the Community Forum
From the Tutorials and Help page, scroll down to the Community Forum section and select View Community Forum. Note: The intial administrator that was set up when you first subscribed already has access to the forum.
The Community Forum will open in a new tab. You can now view questions posted by other administrators along with answers to their questions. You can also search for posts and you can add your own posts.
Providing Additional Administrators with Access to the Community Forum
If you would like to provide access to other administrators to the Community Forum, select the User Management tab on the app settings screen link.
The User management tab in Application Settings will be displayed. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Existing Community Forum Users will be listed and you can add additional user by selecting the Add User button
Fill in the form and select Add User.
ShareVision Services
ShareVision Services offers technical support and consultation with our amazing team of product experts for help with things like getting advice on how to set up your site to align with your business processes, building forms on your site, importing data and building custom reports. These services are offered on a pay per use basis.
