Overview
View comments/Marked As Read
View comments / Marked As Read is found in the Utilities section of Site Administration home.
This analytical tool allows you to see user activity relating to the Allow Comments and Allow Mark As Read feature which is part of page part settings.
Requirements/Dependencies
Login with Site Administrator permissions.
Have enabled the Allow Responses on the List Page Part on at least one form.
Instructions
Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of your ShareVision site.
On the menu that appears, select Site Administration.
The Site Administration Home page will be displayed. Select View comments/Marked As Read under Utilities.
The page loads with the most recent items from any source that has the feature(s) turned on. The options on the page allow you to refine what is displayed.
Date range: Select the date range for the search.
User Name: Select one or more users name for the search. If you leave this blank all names for the selected range and form will be displayed.
Form: Select a form. One form can be selected a a time. Select ‘All’ for all forms
Select Search
The page will load with found data.
In the list of forms that is displayed, there are columns for:
Form
The particular form that was filled out.
Identifier
To identify the Submission Id, it has the same value found on the Audit Information, plus the name of the Individual.
Date and Time
The date and time when the form was submitted.
User Name
The User who submitted the form.
Marked as Read
If a form has marked as read enabled in List Page Part settings, the form is automatically marked as read for the user that adds a new form and saves it.
Unmarked
When a user edits a form and saves it, the mark as read by other users is automatically removed - even for the user that originally added the form. For the user that edited the form, the form is automatically marked as read.
Comment
Comments left by users on this submission
Click on a row to open the form in View from Data mode in a new tab
A detailed view of the form information will be displayed
