Overview
The program history in an overview of an individuals status in a programs or residences. An individuals referral date, start date and exit date to a program or residence can be found here. The program history and individual profile are related.
Navigate To
- Navigate to an individuals Profile.
- In the Quickstart links, under the Forms tab select Program History.
Updating - Program History
A program history item can update the profile when:
- A new program history item is created and contains a start date, and no exit date.This updates the profile, adding the program/residence to the profile.
An existing program history item is edited, a start date is added and no exit date exists. This updates the profile, adding the program/residence to the profile.
An existing program history item is edited, a start date exists, and an exit date is added. This updates the profile, removing the program/residence from the profile.
Any other actions such as, but not limited to:
- deleting a program history item.
- adding a start and end date at the same time.
- changing the program/residence in the Program History.
have NO effect on the Individuals's Profile
