Goals and Progress
Table of Contents
Overview
Goals and Progress tracking is used by many agencies to track specific goals and progress towards achieving a goal. Goals and Progress is available as an optional feature that has to be turned on. Steps to turn on the feature are detailed in the Requirements/Dependencies section below.
This feature is comprised of two separate lists, Goals and Goal Progress, that work together to link progress notes to a specific goal. Once the feature is turned on, the Goals and Progress page is exposed in the Client Portal, Quick Start menu under the heading of Forms, with the label "Goals and Progress".
It is possible to add additional fields to the Goals form and the Progress form. Existing fields should be left as found except as noted below.
