Services Portal: Page Parts - Listing Portal Form Filters
Overview
On your ShareVision site, you will find that when you select the Services Portal, a list of Services are displayed instead of the portal's landing page. This is how an Listing Portal works.
Requirements/Dependencies
Before working on pages on your ShareVision site, you will need to
Login with Site Administrator permissions
Have set up some lists and libraries in Site Administration
Have a Services Listing Portal. Note: Your ShareVision site comes with this Portal.
Have developed a plan for the information that will need to be made available to your ShareVision users (i.e. Consider what pages you will need for the portals on your site, what type of information will be included on each page and who should have access to each page)

How to Access the Portal Settings
Once you have developed a plan for your ShareVision site and have set up the forms, calendars and document libraries that you will need to capture information and share documents, you are ready to start setting up your portals.
Login to ShareVision with a user account that has Site Administrator permissions.
Select (click on) your name in the upper right hand corner
Select Site Administration on the menu that appears
The Site Administration Home page will be displayed. Select Portal Settings in the Site Settings section:
The existing portals on your ShareVision site will appear on the Portal Settings page
Select the Services Portal to show the Pages within the Portal.
Click on a Page to see the Page Parts within that Page.
About the Listing Portal Form Filters
On the Services Listing Portal, you can set up Listing Portal Form Filters to focus on specific services and which clients (either active in the specified service or all clients) in this Page Part.
Service Field Filter
When you select Services in the Service Field Filter, only the records that belong to the service that is selected from the list of services on the Services Portal will be displayed.
If you select Show All, then all records for all services on your site will be listed.
Client Field Filter
When you select a Client field from the form that in the Client Field Filter, only the active clients that belong to the service will be listed in this field on the form on the Services Portal.
If you select Show All, then all records for all clients on your site will be listed.
If the only option in the Client Filter Field on the Page Part is: Choose an option, then the form linked to the page part in the Data Source section of the Page Part Settings does not have a Client field. If you need to include one or more clients on the form, please add a Client field to the form.
