Security and Permissions
Security in ShareVision means protecting the privacy of those you serve by securing your site against unauthorized access. Security also ensures that authorized users access only content they need to see. Security can be set up on any list or library, though it is most commonly set up for programs, residences, and Individual profiles.
Permissions control user access, defining what users can do in ShareVision with the content they have access to.
