Reports - Exclude Individuals from Reports

You may have created test or dummy Individuals within your ShareVision site for experimental purposes or prototyping implementation of some forms. There are dummy forms and data you created for these dummy Individuals which you do not want included in any statistical reporting within the ShareVision stock reports.

Step-by-step guide

  1. As Site Admin, navigate to your SP13 site > (cog) > Site contents > list Profiles.
  2. Find the Individual by name and edit their Profiles record.
  3. Check the column "Exclude Indvid From Reports" = Yes. Click OK.

Now this Individual will be excluded from being displayed or in any statistical calculations being reported.
