Portal Structure: To ensure reliability, the structure of Portals, Pages, and Page Parts remains consistent for all clients.
Portal Settings: These settings are standardized for optimal system performance.
Tools and included Features: These settings are standardized for optimal system performance.
SharePoint Site Foundation: We do not customize the core SharePoint site to maintain system integrity.
Add-ons
Most add-ons are not open to customization to maintain system stability and performance, except Reports, which can be customized.

New Features Policy
We focus on features that align with our core offerings and expertise. Certain complex functionalities, such as scheduling systems and payroll/financial, are beyond our scope, and we recommend dedicated platforms for these needs.
Site Configuration
When we refer to Site configuration, we mean the setup that ShareVision Administrators can complete on your ShareVision site using the features included with your subscription.
We encourage maximizing the site's configuration options to customize your experience. Should you require further personalization, our Product Expert team is here to assist and determine the feasibility of your request. For suggestions on modifying Add-ons or areas of the site not typically open to customization, we invite you to contribute to our roadmap where such ideas can be discussed and considered for future updates.
For V3x Customers
As all ShareVision V3, V3.5 or V3.7 sites must be upgraded by the end of December 2024, customizations will no longer be supported for thess versions. We will, however, allow customizations added to V3x sites to be recreated on your upgraded V4 site wherever technically feasible. As a friendly reminder, customizations are a billable service and our Product Expert Team will provide you with an estimate.
Looking Ahead to V5
For customizations on your V4 site, it's important to recognize that while we will strive to replicate these customizations in V5, they may not be transferable due to the new architecture of the V5 platform. V5 is being designed for enhanced performance and user experience.
