Overview


This knowledge base will provide you all the information you need to know about the Manage my Account Page. 

The Manage My Account Page allows a user to Change Password and Change Personal Information , such as name and E-mail Address. 


Requirements and Dependencies 


  • Login with your Sharevision Login Information
  • Have permissions set up to Change Password and Change Personal Information. 


Permissions for Manage my Account

Manage my Account Permissions can be accessed through the Feature Settings Menu.

How-to Access Manage My Account


  1. Navigate to the settings dropdown at the top right of your screen
  2. Select Manage My Account

How to change your password

  1. Type your current password into the field named "Current Password"
  2. Type a new, alphanumeric password into the field named "New Password"
  3. Type the same new, alphanumeric password into the field named "Confirm New Password"
  4. Click the "Change Password" button 
  5. "Reset" - Clear all fields 


Passwords must be a minimum of 7 characters, and include a minimum of 1 character from any 3 of the following groups:

  • English lowercase characters (a through z)
  • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
  • Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)
  • Numbers (0 through 9)
  • Do not include any portion of the username when creating new passwords.
    • You may use the characters from the username provided they are in a different order. For example, for username "user.name", you could include "sure" or "mane" or "resu" or "eman", but not "user" or "name"

How to change your personal Information

  1. Replace the Current Name with the new name
  2. Replace the old e-mail Address with the new E-mail Address
