About- Programs/Residences 


The Programs/Residences page provides access to programs and residences that have been added to your Programs and Residences list, and is also where non-administrators can add new programs and residences to your ShareVision system. This area is password-sensitive, meaning users see only the programs or residences they are authorized to access. Site Administrators are able to see all programs and residences.

Getting Here - Programs/Residences  


There are two ways to get to Programs/Residences.

  1. Click on Programs/Residences on the QuickStart Menu.

  2. Access the administrator's list viewSite Actions > View All Site Content > Programs and Residences list

Programs/Residences Features

Programs/Residences Content Area

The Program/Residences Area is a little different from a typical ShareVision page.  Its purpose is threefold:

  1. Filter out programs and residences logged-in users are not authorized to access.
  2. Display essential information about each program and residences, like contact details.
  3. Provide users with the ability to add a new program or residence.

Program and Residences announcements and events calendars are displayed on the Program/Residences Details pages.


How-To 


Programs and Residences - Add/Edit/Delete

Programs and Residences can be added in two ways.  The first is from the Programs/Residences page.

  1. Click on "Add a new program" or "Add a new residence".
  2. Fill in the details for the new item.
  3. Click OK to save.

The second method is for Administrators, who can add, edit, and delete programs and residences from the Programs and Residences list.

  1. Open the Programs and Residences list from the All Site Content page.
  2. Choose:
    1. Add a program/residence: Click New on the List Toolbar to load a new blank form.  Fill in the fields and click OK to save.

    2. Edit a program/residence: Click on the program or residence you'd like to edit. Click Edit Item in the toolbar. Click OK to save your changes when you're done.

    3. Delete programs/residences: Click on the program or residence you'd like to delete. Click Delete Item in the List Toolbar. Click OK in the dialogue box to confirm that you want to delete this item.
