After your ShareVision Support Account has been set up, you will receive your ShareVision Support Portal login details which will include a reminder to change the password after you login.
Requirements/Dependencies
After you have received the email with your organization's ShareVision Support Account details, you will be ready to login and change the password.
The Support web page will be displayed. Select Log on to the Support Portal
The Log in window will appear. Enter the email address associated with your ShareVision Support Accountand select Next
Next, enter the password for your ShareVision Support Accountand select Log in
After you have logged in, go to the upper right-hand corner of the window and select the person icon
Next, select Profile
Select Change Password
Enter the current password
Enter a new password and then confirm the password
Select Update
When the password is updated, you will be prompted to login to the ShareVision Support Portal. Please use the email address associated with your ShareVision Support Account and the new password you created
