Changing Your ShareVision Support Account Password

Overview


After your ShareVision Support Account has been set up, you will receive your ShareVision Support Portal login details which will include a reminder to change the password after you login. 



Requirements/Dependencies


  • After you have received the email with your organization's ShareVision Support Account details, you will be ready to login and change the password.



How To


  1. Go to our website: https://www.sharevision.ca/

  2. Select FOR OUR CUSTOMERS



  3. Next, select Support
  4. The Log in window will appear. Enter the email address associated with your ShareVision Support Account and select Next
  5. Next, enter the password for your ShareVision Support Account and select Log in
  6. After you have logged in, go to the upper right-hand corner of the window and select the person icon

  7. Next, select Profile
  8. Select Change Password


  9. Enter the current password


  10. Enter a new password and then confirm the password

  11. Select Update

  12. When the password is updated, you will be prompted to login to the ShareVision Support Portal. Please use the email address associated with your ShareVision Support Account and the new password you created
