How to Check Your Version of Internet Explorer

At times, you may need to confirm the version of Internet Explorer (IE) a user is on. 

How-To

  1. Open IE on the user's computer.
  2. Go to Help > About Internet Explorer.    


     

  3. You will see a window that states what version of IE the computer is running.  For example, in IE 10, you will see a window that looks like this:
