Overview
ShareVision Help Pop-ups will flash up the first time a user arrives at a page in ShareVision. The provide links to the help system and some basic information about the page. Pop-ups can be “closed” as you navigate through the pages. Once you don’t need them anymore, you can turn them off.
How to close a QuickHelp Pop-up
Click the “do not show again” box and then click “Done”; the Help Pop-up will be closed for this session. If you have allowed your browser to use cookies the pop-up will not return until you delete your cookies.
How to Disable Pop-ups Permanently
To turn the pop-up feature off, navigate to My Settings
Edit the record to update Disable QuickHelp Popup – tick the box to change to Yes.
