Make an Individual Active/Deactivate an Individual

Applies To Version(s): 3, 3.5 & 3.7

There are three ways to do this:

  1. Staff: Navigate to the person's Individual Details page. Click View/Edit Full Profile, under the Individual Profile Web part. Check or uncheck the Active box. Click save.
  2. Administrators only: Open the Contacts tab, locate the Individual, and click on their name. Click edit in the Person Details Web part. Check or uncheck the Active box. Click save.
  3. Administrators only: Open the Profiles list from the All Site Content page. Click on the Individual's name. Check or uncheck the Active box. Click OK to save.
