Make an Individual Active/Deactivate an Individual
Applies To Version(s): 3, 3.5 & 3.7
There are three ways to do this:
- Staff: Navigate to the person's Individual Details page. Click View/Edit Full Profile, under the Individual Profile Web part. Check or uncheck the Active box. Click save.
- Administrators only: Open the Contacts tab, locate the Individual, and click on their name. Click edit in the Person Details Web part. Check or uncheck the Active box. Click save.
- Administrators only: Open the Profiles list from the All Site Content page. Click on the Individual's name. Check or uncheck the Active box. Click OK to save.
