About - List/Library Settings - Views

Views enable list data to be sorted, grouped and filtered so that you can choose which details to focus on. The All Items view is the first view to be created for a list.


Getting Here - List/Library Settings - Views

  1. Open any list or library from the All Site Content page.
  2. Go to Settings>List Settings (or Document Library Settings)
  3. Scroll down to the Views section.
