How-To
See what user groups a user is in:
- Select a user from the drop list
- The Assigned Groups pane on the left shows which groups that user is in
To add a user to a group:
- Select a user from the drop list
- The Available Groups show which remaining groups the user can be assigned to
- Select the group on the Available Groups field and click the 'add' button
To remove a user from a group:
- Select a user from the drop list
- The Assigned Groups pane shows which groups that user is already in
- Select the group in the Assigned Groups field and click the 'remove' button

How-To
See what user groups a user is in
Open the User dropdown menu to locate the name of a user. Groups the user is currently a member of will appear in a list on the left.
To remove a user from a group
- Select a user.
- Click the Remove button next to the group you would like to remove the user from
Change whether a user is a Site Collection Administrator
- Select a user.
- Check or uncheck the box next to Site Collection Administrator? Note that this option will only appear for other Site Collection Administrators.
