How-To

See what user groups a user is in:

  1. Select a user from the drop list
  2. The Assigned Groups pane on the left shows which groups that user is in

To add a user to a group:

  1. Select a user from the drop list
  2. The Available Groups show which remaining groups the user can be assigned to
  3. Select the group on the Available Groups field and click the 'add' button

To remove a user from a group:

  1. Select a user from the drop list
  2. The Assigned Groups pane shows which groups that user is already in
  3. Select the group in the Assigned Groups field and click the 'remove' button

How-To

See what user groups a user is in

Open the User dropdown menu to locate the name of a user. Groups the user is currently a member of will appear in a list on the left. 

 To remove a user from a group

  1. Select a user.
  2. Click the Remove button next to the group you would like to remove the user from

Change whether a user is a Site Collection Administrator

  1. Select a user.
  2. Check or uncheck the box next to Site Collection Administrator?  Note that this option will only appear for other Site Collection Administrators.
